Cuttack: The Orissa High Court on Thursday expressed displeasure over the non-compliance of the Crime Branch report relating to the mysterious death of social activist Aditya Das.
The court had asked the state investigating agency to submit a copy of the post-mortem report and a copy of the statement of the three witnesses. But, as it failed to do so, the court directed to submit the aforesaid documents by January 25.
The court will have the next hearing on January 25.

After Aditya was found dead under mysterious circumstances near the train tracks of Lingaraj Temple railway station in Bhubaneswar on July 7 last year, the Government Railway Police (GRP) had started an investigation.
Later, DGP Abhay had assigned the case to the Crime Branch. But, the state investigating agency is yet to make any headway in it.
