Bhubaneswar: The daily COVID-19 caseload in Odisha dropped below 1,500 on Thursday with 1,480 fresh cases, including 334 in the 0-18 age group testing positive for the virus in the last 24 hours.
The figure was 1,712 on February 9, a marginal rise from 1,503 on February 8 and 1,497 on February 10.
According to the I & PR Department, 862 fresh cases are from quarantine and 618 local contacts.

With 58,816 samples tested in the last 24 hours, the test positivity rate (TPR) stood at 2.51 per cent.
Odisha now has 15,980 active cases.
