Dhenkanal: An ailing tusker died while undergoing treatment in Odisha’s Dhenkanal district on Saturday morning.
Sources said the elephant had been rescued a month ago. Residents spotted it in a ditch and informed forest officials after which a team of veterinary doctors and forest officials reached the spot and began treating it.
