Mumbai: Actress Alia Bhatt’s half-brother, Rahul Bhatt, was recently trolled for comparing the sexiness of the ‘Jigra’ actress with Pooja Bhatt.
During an interview with Hindi Rush, Rahul remarked that his half-sister Alia is neither talented nor sexy like Pooja.
“In my opinion, she (Alia) is not even half of what my real sister Pooja is. Not in talent, not in looks, not in terms of being sexy. In front of my sister, she is ‘paani kam chai (not as good)’. Amongst the siblings, the most talented and the most moralistic is Pooja,” he said.
Claiming that Pooja is the one who took their father’s, filmmaker Mahesh Bhatt, legacy forward, Rahul stated, “I have seen her stardom. She was the biggest sex symbol of the country then.”
However, Rahul’s comments did go down well with the netizens, who took to social media to slam him for comparing the sexiness of his sisters.
One person wrote, “Even though Pooja was prettier and more talented, why would you say something like this and compare the ‘sexiness’ of your sisters, saying one is ‘real’ and one isn’t?”
