A lucky customer has snapped on a high-end Canon EF 800 lens for just $95 (₹6500) during Amazon’s Prime Day sale. It’s original value is $13,000 (₹9 lakh).
The customer is not the only lucky one it seems. During the recent worldwide sale on July 15 and 16, many users purchased camera gears from Sony, Fujifilm, etc noticing this technical error.
One Reddit user wrote, “I somehow got a $3,000 camera for $94 on Prime Day last night. It just seems a little too good to be true. Do you guys think it will ship or get canceled because it was a glitch?”
While another said, “I too got some deals from the Prime Day ‘glitch’. $16,000+ in gear for about $800.”
Someone else quipped, “Bought the most expensive camera bundle during the Prime Day glitch for $94.48. Thank you, Bezos!”
In the sale, shoppers usually fill their carts with things they wish to buy and wait for the sale to activate the discounts.
