Amazon To Let Users Pay Using Palm At Stores
Seattle: Amazon has come up with a new contactless payment system that makes it safer for customers to check-out at physical stores.
The tech, called Amazon One, allows shoppers to pay at Amazon Go stores using their palms, which are first linked to their credit card.
As per the new tech, customers will just need to hold their palm above the scanner for a few moments to process the payment.
Amazon will, however, need to educate people on how to use this technology else people will more likely be inclined to place their palm on the scanner. This would beat the whole process.
