New Delhi: ‘Citadel: Honey Bunny’ actress Samantha Ruth Prabhu recently sparked dating rumours after being spotted with director Raj Nidimoru at a pickleball tournament.
The actress, who was earlier married to actor Naga Chaitanya, shared in an interview with GQ that she believes in prioritising mental health and doesn’t have place for any negativity in her life.
Asked if she has ever felt envious on seeing her ex-husband embracing another relationship and moving on in his life, Samantha said, “I’ve been through too much in my life to dwell on that.”
She continued, “Oh no. One quality that I completely dissociate myself from is envy. I refuse to let that be a part of my core. I think envy is the root of all evil. Everything else is fine, but there’s no space for anything as unhealthy as envy.”
Samantha and Naga Chaitanya announced their divorce in 2021. Soon after their divorce, Naga started dating Sobhita Dhulipala and the couple got married on December 4, 2024.
Meanwhile, Samantha, who was struggling to move on in her life, was recently spotted with her ‘Citadel: Honey Bunny’ director Raj Nidimoru at a pickleball tournament. The two were seen holding hands as they enjoyed the tournament together.
On the work front, Samantha was last seen in the Amazon Prime’s ‘Citadel: Honey Bunny’ alongside Varun Dhawan.
On the silver screen, she was last seen in ‘Kushi’ (2023) with Vijay Deverakonda.
