Mumbai: ‘Saiyaara’ is growing by leaps and bounds, as the audience keeps showering their love on young debutants Ahaan Pandey and Aneet Padda.
Since its release in theatres on July 18, ‘Saiyaara’ has minted over Rs 230 crore, and counting.
The love story has obviously resonated deeply with Gen-X. Videos from theatres have been going viral showing fans crying inconsolably, which sparked an online debate as well.
But it’s not just the crying videos, other clips are making waves online too.
Fans have even started creating their version of ‘Saiyaara’ on social media. One such video seems to have stood out from the rest.
It’s an artificial intelligence (AI) generated video which shows a ‘monkey version’ of ‘Saiyaara’.
The viral video has literally broken Internet.
The video, uploaded on Instagram by a page identified as @_kashurai, features a recreation of one of the important scenes from the film. The twist is, all the characters are monkeys, created using artificial intelligence.

The clip has amassed over 43,800 likes, more than 600 comments, and over a million views.
Netizens are flooding the comment section with humorous as well as sarcastic comments.
“Emotional kar diya yaar (Got me all emotional, bro),” reacted one user.

“I think I’ll watch the Saiyaara movie on Insta only,” quipped one netizen.
