Bhubaneswar: Union Home Minister Amit Shah will embark on a two-day tour to Odisha from May 10, State BJP president Manmohan Samal informed on Friday.
On the first day, he will lay the foundation stone of the proposed Forensic University at Jatni. Later in the evening, he will travel to Puri and offer prayers at Shree Jagannath Temple. He will make a night halt in the pilgrim town.
On May 11, Shah will proceed to Sambalpur and launch several development projects after visiting the Samaleswari temple. He will then return to the state capital and address party workers at a public rally at Janata Maidan in Bhubaneswar, Samal added.
In addition, he is also expected to lay the foundation stone of more developmental initiatives.
