Bhubaneswar: Tourism and Culture Minister Jyoti Prakash Panigrahi has tested positive for COVID-19.
Taking to Twitter, Panigrahi informed urged people, who had come in contact with him in the last seven days, to undergo COVID-19 test and stay in isolation.

He is the fourth minister from the state to have contracted the virus after Textiles, Handlooms and Handicrafts Minister Padmini Dian, Higher Education and Agriculture Minister Arun Sahu, Rural Development Minister Susanta Singh.
