Mumbai: Bollywood actor Anupam Kher revealed on social media that his mother Dulari, brother Raju, sister-in-law Rima and niece Vrinda have tested positive for COVID-19. He and his nephew Pranit, however, have tested negative.
His mother had mild symptoms such as loss of appetite and has been admitted to Mumbai’s Kokilaben Hospital, while others are quarantining at home.
He also said that Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) will be fumigating and sanitising their home.
This news comes a day after superstar Amitabh Bachchan and his son Abhishek tested positive for the virus. Apart from them, actress Rekha’s bungalow in Bandra was sealed by the BMC after a staffer was found Infected.
