Bhubaneswar: All public universities and degree colleges in Odisha under the state Higher Education Department will function at full strength of employees from Tuesday (February 1) while strictly following COVID-appropriate behaviour.
A notification was issued on Tuesday in this regard to the VCs of all public universities and principals of government/non-government degree colleges under the department.

Classes will continue in online mode and teaching faculties will take classes from their institutes, the order said.
