New Delhi: A day after announcing some key developments related to the government’s Rs 20 lakh crore economic package, Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman on Thursday announced the second tranche of the stimulus package under the Atmanirbhar Bharat Abhiyan.
“Today’s initiatives focus on migrant workers, street vendors, small traders, the self-employed and small farmers,” the minister said as she began her address to the media.
On Wednesday, Sitharaman had shared details of the stimulus package and said that over the next few days, her team will come before the media to put forth PM Narendra Modi’s vision and share more details on the Rs 20 lakh crore economic package.
