Berhampur: Cmde B Deepak Aneel took over as 23rd Commanding Officer and Station Commander of INS Chilka from Cmde N P Pradeep VSM during a ceremonial parade held on August 15. Cmde B Deepak Aneel was presented a ceremonial guard of honour at INS Chilka on the occasion.
