Bhubaneswar: Governor Ganeshi Lal on Thursday administered the oath of office and secretary to Balakrishna Mahapatra as the State Information Commissioner of Odisha at the Raj Bhawan here.
Among others, Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik, Chief Secretary Asit Tripathy and Leader of the Opposition Pradipta Naik were present.
