Bhadrak: The COVID-19 tally in Bhadrak district touched 229 on Monday with two more persons testing positive for the virus in the last 24 hours.
According to a tweet by the district administration, the patients are Maharashtra returnees.
While the first case was detected in a temporary medical camp (TMC) at Bhadrak SUH under Bhadrak Municipality, the other patient was lodged in a TMC at Karanjadia H/S, Naikanidihi under Basudevpur block of Bhadrak.
With 200 patients having recovered from the infection, the district now has 29 active cases.
