Bhubaneswar: ArcelorMittal Nippon Steel India (AM/NS India) was on Wednesday announced as Official Partner of the FIH Odisha Hockey Men’s Junior World Cup 2021.
Hockey India has signed an agreement with leading steelmaker AM/NS India, a joint venture between ArcelorMittal and Nippon Steel.
The tournament, to be held at Bhubaneswar’s Kalinga Hockey Stadium from November 24 to December 5, will see 16 teams vying for the prestigious trophy.

Teams have already started arriving in the Odisha capital for the marquee event. On Wednesday, The Netherlands, Argentina and France contingents checked in.
The Indian squad comprises three Odisha boys — Abhishek Lakra, Sunil Jojo, Sudeep Chirmako.
Led by senior India team member and Olympic bronze-medallist Vivek Sagar Prasad, the home team will open its campaign on November 24 against France. They will face Canada the following day and then Poland on November 27 in the round-robin group stage. The knockout matches will be held between 1 December and 5 December.
