Bhubaneswar Schools Excel In CBSE Class XII Results; Know The Top Performers

Bhubaneswar: Several schools in the city including SAI International School, KiiT International School (KiiT-IS), BJEM School and DAV-Pokhariput posted pass percentage of 100 in the CBSE Class XII exams, the results of which were announced on Monday.

Overall, the pass percentage of Odisha was 92.39%, while Bhubaneswar region comprising Odisha, Chhattishgarh and West Bengal registered 91.46%.

Here’s a look at the top-performing schools in Bhubaneswar:

SAI International School

Sanskriti Pattnaik of the Humanities stream scored 99.4% in best of five subjects and 98.8% in English, making her the likely topper in Odisha as well as Bhubaneswar Region comprising Odisha, West Bengal and Chhattisgarh.

The second topper of the school is Richa Ray Choudhary of Commerce stream with 98.6% and the third is Ashutosh Panigrahi of Science Stream with 98.4%.

KiiT International School

Aman Patra of the Science stream topped the school with 98%. Amrita Nanda also scored 98% to be the topper in the Humanities stream. Rishi Kedia and Adishree Pala were the joint toppers in the Commerce stream with a score of 96%.

The school excelled in all three streams 30% of students in science scoring above 90%. A whopping 50% of candidates in Humanities and 25% of Commerce students also secured above 90%.

BJEM School

KS Chetan of the Science stream topped the school with 96.6%.

DAV-Pokhariput

Disha Gaytri Nahak topped in the school by scoring 97%. The school average is 89.17% marks.

DAV-Kalinga Nagar

Four students from the school — Surysnata Panda, Anuesh Pattanaik, Md. Atif Khan and Shrutidisha — jointly topped the list of meritorious students by scoring 95.40%.

DAV-Chandrasekharpur

Stitiprajna Sahoo with 98.6% is the topper of DAV-Chandrasekharpur, which posted an average of 90.48% in Science, 86.30% in Commerce and 85.48% in Humanities.

Mother’s Public School

Atishma Aishwarya was the school topper in Science stream with 97.6% while Priyanshi Agarwal and Abhijee Pandab topped in Commerce and Humanities with 97.6% and 97.8%, respectively.

St Xavier’s High School

The pass percentage of St Xavier’s High School at Kedargouri was 97.6% with school topper U Vaishanavi securing 96%.
