Bhubaneswar: The National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT) and the Regional Institute of Education (RIE) Bhubaneswar, a constituent unit of NCERT, along with Commonwealth of Learning (COL) and (CEMCA) are organizing the “International Conference on Education in 21st Century” (ICE21C).
The conference is scheduled to be held from February 21-23 at RIE, Bhubaneswar.
According to the official webpage of the organisers, the advancement in technology, globalization and changing family structures has brought about tremendous changes in the organized system of learning. “Educational functionaries are expected to understand the transformation in the education system and reorient themselves to address the changing paradigm of learning,” states the webpage.
“In order to do so, there is a need to deliberate, discuss and evolve ways and means of transforming the practices in schools and serve humanity,” the webpage further reads.
About ICE21C
International Conference on Education in 21st Century focuses on E-learning, ICT integrated education, social media for learning, policy evolution and critical analysis and oraganisation of learning experience. The conference’s aim is to equip teachers and educators with necessary skills and knowledge and to engage themselves in the present context with confidence.
