Mumbai: After getting eliminated from ‘Bigg Boss 19’, the not so active social media influencer, Awez Darbar, seems to have become quite vocal now.
After calling out singer Amaal Mallik for his apparently false statements about him in the house, Awez now took a dig at Shehbaz Badesha for his poor jokes.
During a recent press meet, while talking about Shehbaz and his jokes, Awez said that he is trying to copy his sister, Shehnaz Gill, and his jokes are more like ‘pokes’.
“Woh joke hai hi nahi, woh poke hai. Usne hamesha se hi sirf poke karta hua aaya hai aur woh dikhata hai ki woh joke mar raha hai…uske koi bhi jokes jokes nahi hai, (They are not jokes, they are pokes. He has always kept poking others and he tries to defend his pokes as jokes)”, Awez said when asked to comment on Shehbaz.
He added, “Joke the toh Shehnaaz ke the, yeh uski parchhai bhi nahi hai. (His sister Shehnaaz used to crack jokes. He is nothing as compared to his sister.)”

Recently, when Zeishaan Quadri refused his gym duty and Farrhana Bhatt stepped in to clean; Shehbaz’s commented, “Ladkiyon se saaf karwa rahe hai.(You are making girls do the cleaning.)”
He also entered into an ugly spat with Pranit More by humiliating him over his hygiene.
This eventually led to other contestants, including Baseer, Neelam, and Tanya, questioning his actions and they called him an attention-seeker.
