Bhubaneswar: A youth died after a car hit the motorcycle he was riding at Rajasunakhala Square on Khurda-Nayagarh NH-55 on Thursday.
The deceased was identified as Janmejaya Patnaik.
“The bike rider was knocked down by a speeding car. It is suspected driver of the car was driving under the influence of alcohol. Efforts are underway to trace and nab the driver, who managed to flee soon after the accident”, a police officer said.
