New Delhi: Mahesh Kumar, from Rajasthan, has topped NEET UG 2025 with a percentile of 99.99995. Delhi’s Avika Aggarwal emerged as the female topper, securing an impressive all India fifth rank.

The National Testing Agency (NTA) officially declared the NEET UG 2025 results on Saturday. Nearly 22 lakh students from across the country had appeared for the exam. Of them, over 12.36 lakh candidates have qualified.

The topper Mahesh Kumar is from Hanumangarh, Rajasthan, secured the top rank nationwide. The second rank went to Utkarsh Awadhiya from Madhya Pradesh. Of the 10 toppers, three are from Delhi, two each from Gujarat and Maharashtra, and one each from Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh and Punjab.

According to the NTA, the highest number of qualifying candidates came from Uttar Pradesh this year, followed by Maharashtra.
