Bhubaneswar: In a minor reshuffle in the senior IAS cadre, the Odisha government on Friday appointed CJ Venugopal as new Chief Administrator, KBK (Koraput-Balangir-Kalahandi).
The 1988-batch officer is allowed to remain in additional charge of Chief Resident Commissioner, New Delhi.
Apart from this, 1986 batch officer GVV Sharma has been appointed new member of Board of Revenue.
Sharma had recently returned to the state cadre after a stint in the Central government, said a notification by the General Administration and Public Grievance Department.
