Balasore: In a shocking incident, a class IX student was allegedly stabbed by his classmate with a knife at Kamarda Nodal High School in Odisha’s Balasore district.
The victim sustained critical injuries in the attack which reportedly took place during the annual competition at the school. He has been admitted to a nearby hospital for treatment.
As per sources, there was difference of opinion between the two students over some issue which later escalated into a physical fight. TodIn a fit of rage, one of two allegedly took out a knife and attacked his classmate, inflicting grievous injuries.
After getting information about the incident, Kamarda police visited the spot and launched an investigation.
This incident has sparked concern among parents and local residents about the safety of students in schools.
