London: Young climate activist Greta Thunberg dared to protest again, and was arrested again.
This time, she was taking part in a pro-Palestinian protest in London, according to UK-based campaign group Defend Our Juries.
The arrest took place at a ‘Prisoners for Palestine’ demonstration outside the Aspen Insurance office in the British capital, Reuters reported.
According to the group, the protesters chose Aspen Insurance office as the venue because of its links to Israeli defence company Elbit Systems.
Thunberg was reportedly detained for an offence under Section 13 of UK’s Terrorism Act 2000. There has been no official statement from London police yet.
According to Sky News, City of London Police said a 22-year-old woman has been arrested for holding a placard in support of the proscribed organisation Palestine Action.

Early on Monday morning, two activists sprayed red paint and damaged a building with hammers during the demonstration, before police arrived and arrested a man and a woman.
Sometime later, the 22-year-old Thunberg arrived at the spot and was arrested for displaying a placard in support of a proscribed organisation, Sky News said.
Thunberg attended the rally to support several members of Palestine Action who are currently on remand and have been on hunger strike for several weeks.
Some of the participants have ended their hunger strikes due to worsening health, but others are continuing.
They are calling for an end to the UK hosting weapons factories supplying arms to Israel, the removal of Palestine Action from list of banned organisations, improved treatment of prisoners in custody, and immediate bail.
Last year, Thunberg was detained twice by police at a demonstration in The Netherlands against fossil fuel subsidies. She has also been detained by police in her home country.
