Bhubaneswar: Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik on Tuesday unveiled a documentary prepared by the Odisha Police on Cyclone Fani.
Speaking on the occasion, the Chief Minister said that the documentary will work as a standard operating procedure (SOP) to effectively deal with the natural calamities.
