Compulsory Retirement For IPS Officer Amitabh Thakur 

New Delhi: IPS officer of Uttar Pradesh cadre Amitabh Thakur has been given compulsory retirement.

The written order issued by the Home Ministry said that Amitabh Thakur has been given retirement even before the completion of his service with immediate effect in the public interest, ANI reported.

The 1992-batch officer was found not suitable to continue his services as a public servant.
