Mumbai: Maharashtra Police’s Cyber Cell has warned social media users against sharing photos of Sushant Singh Rajput’s dead body or else they will face legal action. The cell has also asked others to delete the posts they have been already shared.
Police sent notice under Section 149 of the Criminal Procedure Code (CrPC) to social media users who had posted “offensive/ abusive/ defamatory/ malicious posts” on the internet.
On Twitter, they described it as a “disturbing trend” made in “bad taste”.

Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput was found dead at his Bandra flat on Sunday. Preliminary autopsy suggests that the 34-year-old actor died by hanging himself.
