Kendrapada: The district sessions court here on Wednesday rejected the bail petition of Sheikh Qadir alias Munna, the son of the dread gangster Sheikh Hyder.
Qadir has sought 40-day interim bail to attend the post-death rituals of his father, who was killed in a police encounter near Simulia in Balasore on July 24.
