Bhubaneswar: COVID-19 vaccine was administered to 1137 health workers at 11 sites in Bhubaneswar on Wednesday.
Out of the total 3,38,700 health workers, 1,78,227 have been vaccinated till date. Rest 1,60,473 workers will be vaccinated by February 10, according to a press release.

“The Health workers, who are remaining absent from vaccination after receiving message, will not be given further chance for free vaccination by the government,” said the release.
Odisha has received 4.08 lakh doses of Covishield vaccine and 20,000 doses of Covaxin vaccine in the first phase. The second consignment of 1,49,760 doses of Covaxin arrived here on Saturday.
