COVID-19: Khurda, Only District In Odisha With Over 100 Recoveries

Bhubaneswar: As many as 1311 patients recovered from COVID-19 and were discharged from hospitals across the state on Sunday.

Of the day’s recovered cases, 158 were reported from Khurda, 94 from Cuttack, 86 from Mayurbhanj, 67 from Nuapada, 64 from Jagatsinghpur, 62 from Jajpur, 59 from Puri, 57 from Kendrapada, 55 from Balasore, 54 from Keonjhar, and 52 from Balangir, according to Health and Family Welfare department.

Recoveries from other districts are as follow:

46 from Angul
43 from Nabarangpur
38 from Dhenkanal
38 from Nayagarh
37 from Kalahandi
35 from Sundargarh
33 from Koraput
32 from Bargarh
26 from Ganjam
26 from Malkangiri
22 from Bhadrak
21 from Sambalpur
20 from Jharsuguda
17 from Sonepur
16 from Kandhamal
11 from Deogarh

10 from Rayagada

2 from Gajapati

30 from State Pool

With the day’s addition, the total recovered cases of Odisha now stand at 2,88,168 against 3,01,574 positive cases with 1434 fresh infections in the last 24 hours.
