COVID-19: Odisha Reports 2,070 New Cases; TPR 2.94%
Bhubaneswar: Odisha recorded 2,070 fresh cases of COVID-19 out of 70,240 tests conducted in a single day on Thursday. Among them, 1,195 are from quarantine and 875 are local contacts.
With the decline in the number of daily cases, the Test Positivity Ration (TPR) dropped to 2.94% in the state.
In the 30 districts, Khurda reported the highest with 446 cases followed by Cuttack district (319) and Balasore (176).
The total caseload of the state soared to 9,49,929 with 21,742 active cases.
