Bhubaneswar: The tally of COVID-19 positive cases in Odisha went up to 3,24,389 on Tuesday with 300 new cases reported overnight.
Of the new cases reported from 26 out of 30 districts, 174 are in quarantine and 126 are local contacts.
Among the districts, Angul reported the highest of 44 new cases, followed by Khurda (36), Sundargarh (34), Puri (19), Cuttack (20), Mayurbhanj (17), Sambalpur (15), Balasore (14), Balangir (12), Bargarh (11), Jagatsinghpur (11), Kendrapada (11), Nuapada (11), Jajpur (7), Kalahandi (6), Ganjam (4), Koraput (4), Dhenkanal (3), Jharsuguda (3), Nabarangpur (2), Keonjhar (2), Bhadrak (1), Deogarh (1), Nayagarh (1), Rayagada (1) and Sonepur (1).
Besides, the state pool has 9 cases.
At present, Odisha has 3,063 active cases and 3,19,458 patients have recovered.
