COVID-19: Single Digit New Cases In 15 Odisha Districts

Bhubaneswar: Odisha reported 62 fresh COVID-19 cases in the last 24 hours. Of the 62 new infections from 19 districts, 37 are quarantine cases while 25 are local contacts.

The state has been reporting between 50 and 65 new infections in the last one week.

With 12 cases, Sambalpur was the only district to register fresh infections in double digit. It was followed by Bargarh (8) while Khurda and Cuttack reported 7 each, the I & PR department tweeted on Tuesday.

The rest of the districts reported cases 5 and below it. The new recoveries on the day stood 59 while the total positive cases touched .

The number of positive cases in Odisha now stands at 3,36,767 and 634 among them are active cases. The state pool had 2 cases.
