COVID Restrictions: Know The Containment Zones In Odisha’s Puri

Puri: Nabakalebar Road and Madhuban Chhaka Northside of Mahalaxmi Enclave in the Pilgrim Town have been declared as containment zone after detection of COVID-19 cases.

The order came into effect from 7 am on Sunday, a notification issued by the district administration said.

No one will be allowed to enter or leave the area. All the shopping establishments of whatsoever nature will remain closed, besides government and private institutions, during the containment period. The supply of essential commodities and medical requirements will be ensured through various teams under the direction of the Executive Officer, Puri municipality, it added.
