Koraput: Sachidananda Mohanty had resigned from the post of Vice-Chancellor (VC) of Central University of Orissa (CUO) in Koraput.
A press note issued by the varsity on Thursday said that he had stepped down on personal grounds. “Prof Mohanty’s resignation has been accepted by the President of India and he will hand over the charge to the senior most Professor of the University on February 28, 2019,” it added.
