Bhubaneswar: The Vigilance sleuths on Wednesday conducted simultaneous raids on the residence and the ancestral house of special secretary, Revenue and Disaster Management, Ajaya Kumar Das on the allegation of possessing assets disproportionate to his known sources of income
His residential house and native place at Ratnakara Bag, Tankapani Road, in Bhubaneswar, a flat at Patia and an outhouse at Nuagaon were raided. Apart from this, the officials also searched a double-storey building in Balasore town.
During the raid, three flats (two in Bhubaneswar and one in Puri) in the name of Das were traced, Vigilance sources said.
