Day After Getting Bail, Rhea Chakraborty Marks Attendance At Santacruz Police Station

Mumbai: A day after getting bail in the drug case, actress Rhea Chakraborty was spotted marking her attendance at the Santacruz Police Station on Thursday.

The Bombay High Court granted Rhea conditional bail on Wednesday. The court said that the actress had no criminal record and was not involved in any drug syndicate, as alleged by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB).

However, the high court has set the following nine bail conditions for Rhea:

1. The actress has to deposit her passport

2. She has to report to Mumbai Police every day for the next 10 days

3. She has to furnish a bail bond of Rs 1 lakh

4. Rhea cannot leave the country

5. She cannot meet any other witnesses in the case

6. She must inform the Investigating Officer if she is traveling out of Greater Mumbai and give her itinerary to them in advance

7. She must report before the investigating agency on the first Monday of every month for the next six months

8. She must attend all dates in the court unless prevented by any reasonable cause

9. She must not tamper with evidence or investigation of the case

Rhea was arrested by the NCB on September 9 for her alleged involvement in the drug nexus in connection with the Sushant Singh Rajput death case.
