Diagnosed With Oral Cancer, Odia Actor Urges People To Shun Tobacco [Watch]
Cuttack: Actor Satyaki Mishra, who is undergoing treatment for oral cancer, has posted a message on social media, urging people to refrain from consuming gutkha and smoking.
“As a brother and friend, I have a request for all. Please don’t consume tobacco, gutkha. Also say no to smoking. I have suffered and endured pain because of these habits. It has been a year since and I would not like to see others going through the same pain. Don’t put your life at risk,” he said in his video appeal.

The actor underwent a mouth surgery at a private hospital in Delhi earlier this year, according to report.
Satyaki won audience praise with her performances both in negative and comic roles in Odisha film and television industry, spanning over 20 years. He is known for movies like Mana Rahigala Tumari Thare (2002), Kalki (2015) and Bapa (1997). He has also acted in around 20 television serials.
