Delaware: In his opening remarks at the Quad summit in Delaware, Prime Minister Narendra Modi may have launched a veiled attack on China without naming the country.

“We are not against anyone. We all support a rules-based international order, respect for sovereignty, territorial integrity, and peaceful resolution of all issues,” PM Modi said.

He also stated that a free, open, inclusive and prosperous Indo-Pacific was the priority of Quad leaders. The Quad summit is being hosted by President Joe Biden and also attended by Australia’s Anthony Albanese and Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida.
On the sidelines of the summit, Modi held bilateral talks with Biden, Albanese, and Kishida.
