Delaware: In his opening remarks at the Quad summit in Delaware, Prime Minister Narendra Modi may have launched a veiled attack on China without naming the country.

“We are not against anyone. We all support a rules-based international order, respect for sovereignty, territorial integrity, and peaceful resolution of all issues,” PM Modi said.

On the sidelines of the summit, Modi held bilateral talks with Biden, Albanese, and Kishida.
