Mumbai: Bollywood actress Disha Patani is gearing up for her Hollywood debut with a supernatural action-thriller.
‘Holiguards’, Disha’s debut Hollywood film, will be helmed by the Oscar-winning filmmaker Kevin Spacey, who is return to directing after over 20 years.
Besides Disha, the film features stars like Dolph Lundgren, Tyrese Gibson, and Brianna Hildebrand in pivotal roles.
Shot in Mexico, ‘Holiguards’ is part of a planned franchise named ‘Statiguards vs Holiguards’.
“Disha was in Durango, Mexico as early as January this year, to shoot for the pilot of the show alongside Tyrese Gibson and Harry Goodwins, and the footage from those scenes looks absolutely stunning. The parts she’s in are visually spectacular, fans are truly in for a treat,” an insider was quoted as saying by News18 Showsha.
Earlier, Disha had shared screen space with Jackie Chan in an Indo-Chinese film ‘Kung Fu Yoga’.
As for Bollywood, Disha will be next seen in ‘Welcome to the Jungle’, the third installment of the ‘Welcome’ franchise.
