Balasore: Police arrested the BTech student of a Balasore-based college from Dhamra road near Gopalpur in Balasore district while he was smuggling country-made liquor on Tuesday.
The police made the arrest while acting on a tip-off. They seized around 100 litres of country made-liquor from him. Further investigations are on.
