Phulbani: Police on Thursday began a manhunt for the miscreants who had fired at former Phulbani MLA Debendra Kanhar in Kandhamal district on Wednesday night.
According to a police complaint lodged by Kanhar, he was going to a relative’s house in his vehicle when two bike-borne assailants fired at him and fled. However, the bullet missed Kanhar and he managed to escape unhurt.
