Mumbai: An old Facebook post of Samantha Ruth Prabhu’s father Joseph Prabhu has gone viral after he passed away on November 29.
The post was about Samantha’s divorce with actor Naga Chaitanya.
Along with pictures of Samantha and Chaitanya’s wedding, Joseph had shared a poem.
“Long long ago,
There was a story,
And it doesn’t exist anymore!
So, let’s start a new story;
And a new chapter!”
Samantha’s ex-husband Chaitanya will walk down the aisle for the second time with actress Sobhita Dhulipala on December 4.
Ahead of Chaitanya’s wedding, an old interview of Samantha is also going viral.
In a conversation with Anupama Chopra, Samantha had said, “I mean, man, with everything that has happened in my personal life in 2021, I really have no expectations (from the future). All my carefully laid plans have crumbled, so I have no expectations. I am open to whatever the future has in store for me. I just know that I will give it my very best.”
“Many things were said about me that were absolutely untrue. But what held me back, I remember having this conversation with myself when things were really, really crappy and they were really, really… absolute lies were being spread. And there were many times when I wanted to come out and say, this is not true, let me tell you the truth,” Samantha added.
“Can you not live with the fact that your friends and your family know the truth? And it’s okay. If people think that you think all of these things that are not true about you, isn’t it okay? It’s fine,” she shared.
