Bhubaneswar: Odisha crossed the 90-mark in COVID-19 daily caseload on Friday with 94 more people testing positive for the virus in the last 24 hours.
The state had reported 89 new cases on Thursday after reporting less than 70 cases for three consecutive days.
The new infections have been 21 districts, the I & PR Department tweeted.
Among them, 56 are from quarantine centres while 38 are local contacts.
Sambalpur district registered the highest of 17 cases, followed by Bargarh (10) and eight each in Balasore, Khurda, and Sundargarh.

The number of positive cases in Odisha now stands at 337018 and 650 among them are active.
