Bhubaneswar: Amid COVID-19 upsurge, the Commissionerate Police on Friday issued a set of guidelines for marriage and funeral functions in the twin cities of Odisha.

The twin cities of Bhubaneswar and Cuttack have reported 150 and 52 new COVID-19 cases respectively in the last 24 hours. The Odisha capital has been reporting over 100 cases for the last four days.
