Mumbai: Anurag Kashyap, who turned 48 on Thursday, is trending on social media platforms, but for the wrong reasons.
Earlier this week, Anurag had shared some old WhatsApp chats between him and Sushant’s manager, in which he had addressed the late actor as a ‘problematic’ man.

This, however, didn’t go down well with Sushant’s fans.
The irked fans took to Twitter on Thursday and started trending #HappyBirthdayCharsiAnurag, to wish the filmmaker on his birthday.
“Happy drugs day to @anuragkashyap72. #HappyBirthdayCharsiAnurag,” tweeted a user.
“Happy Birthday to the man who backs Charsi People and Drug peddlers. #HappyBirthdayCharsiAnurag,” wrote another.

The filmmaker is also being called out for supporting Rhea Chakraborty, the prime accused in Sushant’s case.
