Mumbai: Amid reports of Deepika Padukone’s exit from the Prabhas starrer ‘Spirit’ and ‘Kalki 2’, Hollywood star Vin Diesel’s social media post has sparked speculation of the actress being roped in for XXX4.
Taking to his Instagram handle, Vin posted, “So much to share… iconic stories that all resonate with something deep inside. A global audience who has literally been the blessing of this artist’s life. Groot’s return in the Arbor King, that infamous New York Detective, Kaulder’s Oath, Xander’s next adventure in Mumbai, Street racers reunited in LA, and of course, the Furyan… Grateful for you all…Hope to make you proud…”

As the film will be shot in Mumbai, fans are hoping to see Deepika play the female lead in the franchise’s new project.
If things go as per expectations, this will be Deepika’s second Hollywood movie following ‘XXX: Return of Xander Cage’.
Deepika and Vin’s chemistry in the film was highly appreciated by fans.

Recent reports of Deepika’s exit from ‘Kalki 2’ over commitment issues had left her fans disappointed, as they called out the makers for being unprofessional.
Earlier, Deepika was also dropped from Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s ‘Spirit’ for apparently demanding an 8-hour shift and high remuneration.
Meanwhile, Deepika has already started shooting for Shah Rukh Khan’s highly-anticipated film ‘King’.
She will also be seen in Atlee’s AA22 along with Allu Arjun.
