Bhubaneswar: The Bhubaneswar Meteorological Centre on Sunday issued heavy rainfall warning in Bhubaneswar and Cuttack.
The Centre, in a nowcast (hourly bulletin), has warned the city denizens to be watchful as heavy rain will cause poor visibility and water-logging.
