Puri: Sand artist Manas Sahoo sculpted Radha and Krishna on the sands of Puri sea beach near Light House to greet people on Dola Purnima and Holi and also appealed to people to play with herbal colours.
“I have sculpted this to create awareness that people should not play with chemical-laced colours. Even Lord Jagannath and Lord Krishna are playing with natural colours. You should have a happy and safe Holi,” Manas said. In his sand art, he wrote, “Play eco-friendly and safe Holi.”

Sand artist Subala Moharana, too, wished people through his sand art, while appealing to them to play with herbal colours.
He, too, has sculpted Radha and Krishna in sand.
